Work

I have several years of experience in the fields of biochemistry and bioinformatics. During my Master's degree, I worked on developing a molecular mechanical force field for nitrotyrosine and nitrotryptophan, which can cause protein malfunctions and diseases. From 2011 to 2012, I worked at Radiant Inc., contributing to research projects related to photoaging and malodour. Since 2013, I have been continuing my computational biology work at Insilico Inc. as a molecular modelling consultant. In early 2017, I joined the Bioinformatics & Molecular Design Research Centre as a senior researcher for the Natural Compound Analysis team, where I worked on developing a metabolite prediction tool for high-resolution mass spectrometry (FT-ICR). In December 2017, I joined David Ascher's lab at the University of Melbourne, where I have been focusing on developing a computational platform for antibody and vaccine designs.
